1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ViewEngine Radar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
ViewEngine Radar is a batch processing service that allows you to run prompts from CSV files through multiple AI models and receive aggregated responses. The service is provided on an at-cost, usage-based pricing model.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload malicious files or content
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
- Submit prompts that generate harmful, illegal, or policy-violating content from AI models
- Violate the terms of service of underlying AI providers
5. Billing and Payments
Our service uses a credit-based billing system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per API call. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
Free credits provided during account activation are for evaluation purposes and have no cash value.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the data you upload. We retain ownership of the AI Batch Analyzer service, including its software, design, and documentation.
AI-generated responses are subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for your use of such responses.
7. Data Retention
Uploaded files and job results are retained for 30 days after job completion, after which they are automatically deleted. You may download your results at any time before deletion.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI BATCH ANALYZER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViewEngine Radar from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
