- Usage Data: CSV files you upload, prompts processed, and AI model responses
- Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers)
- Analytics: Usage patterns to improve our service
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process your batch AI analysis requests
- Manage your account and billing
- Send job completion notifications
- Improve and maintain our services
- Respond to support requests
3. Data Processing
Your uploaded CSV files and prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (including OpenRouter, DataForSEO, and their underlying models) to generate responses. These providers have their own privacy policies governing data handling.
Uploaded files and results are stored temporarily in secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and are deleted after 30 days or upon your request.
4. Data Sharing
We share your data only with:
- AI model providers to process your requests
- Payment processors (Stripe) for billing
- Authentication services (Clerk) for account management
- Infrastructure providers (Cloudflare) for hosting
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
